At C2Road, we know that our staff are our greatest asset. As a family owned and operated shipping container moving and storage business, we are very selective when it comes to hiring new team members as they must strive for success and share our business values of integrity, reliability, communication and professionalism. We are passionate about providing the best, most courteous service at all times and our staff understand this and live and breathe customer service.
As we are so meticulous in the hiring process, all of our staff are long servicing, with their tenures ranging from 3 to 15 years, working in both shipping container storage and shipping container transport. We value and appreciate every one of them and know that without them, C2Road wouldn’t be the successful shipping container transport business it is today. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting one of our truck drivers or office staff, you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about.
Meet the C2Road Team
The C2Road management team consists of David, Rachael and their sons, Ryan and Luke. Working together as a family, our management team share the same values and are dedicated to providing a high-quality service for our customers. In addition to our management team, we employ highly experienced truck drivers who, as a team, all get along and genuinely enjoy working together, which we believe contributes greatly to our success.
Founders – David, Depot Manager & Rachael, Office Manager
David: Depot Manager
David has spent a lifetime working in all areas of the transport industry before moving to the container transport Brisbane industry. When C2Road was founded, it was David who was delivering containers to site and getting to know our customers and their needs. After a period, he handed the reins over to a very select team of highly experienced operators, who would ensure our high standards were upheld. These days, David is in charge of ensuring all aspects of depot operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
Rachael: Office Manager
Rachael has spent her entire career in customer service. So, from the time C2Road was founded, she was able to put her skills to use in building valuable relationships through honesty, up to date and regular communication and, most importantly, reliability. Everyday, she ensures that customers are treated with the value and respect they deserve and that they get their containers on time, every time.
The Next Generation
They have grown up around C2Road and its staff, seeing firsthand how much time and effort goes into running a successful and respected business. They now want to step up and slowly begin to take over. They both bring their own passions to the business and the fact that they want to operate on opposite sides of the business is integral to its future.
Ryan: Assistant Office Manager
as assistant office manager, Ryan is learning everything there is to know about C2Road customers, their wants, needs and expectations, and he is dedicated to creating his own relationships with them. Customers know they can count on him to get the job done.
Luke: Assistant Depot Manager
As assistant depot manager, Luke is our all-rounder. He, like all our drivers, holds a valid MSIC card and MC licences. Luke is a skilled heavy forklift operator and enjoys learning everything there is to know from his Dad, David and all our other dedicated drivers.
